Ground Transportation Information: To request an airport shuttle from The Westin O’Hare Hotel, you can either call the hotel directly at 847-698-6000 or, for domestic terminals, find the shuttle at the Terminal 2 Lower-Level Arrivals roadway curbside. For domestic terminals, the shuttle runs to the domestic terminal every 20 minutes between 4:40 a.m. and 1:35 a.m.

Our agenda is full and we hope that lunches will be working lunches to continue our work from the mornings. Our contract stipulates we cannot eat lunch in the meeting room, making our time constraints more challenging. On Saturday at 5:30 pm we will adjourn across the street to Carlucci’s for food and drinks as part of our participation. Alcohol will be available at a cash bar.
