FRIDAY night – Reconnect with colleagues, formation of the organization, and voting
6:30 – 7:00 pm | Arrival, Meet & Greet, Appetizer
7:00 – 7:10 pm | Welcome & Opening Frame. • Introduce NAGP mission and acknowledge our process to date.
7:10 – 7:30 pm | Opening Exercise – Mind/body connection
7:30- Closing. – Presentation of legal formation, proposed motions and vote.

SATURDAY –all day work groups, Culture of the organization and Principles that will guide the development of the legal entity
9:30 – 9:45 –Good morning – Coffee and Tea and brief check in
9:45 – 10:00 – morning yoga stretch –
10 :00 – 12:00 Group Discussion Process – Philosophy, Values, Culture
12:00 –1:00 Lunch –In house delivery
1:00 – 5:30 Group Discussion Process Continued –Close with online participants.
6:00 – Dinner reservations at local restaurant. Mix and mingle.

SUNDAY – Closure of work groups and Goodbyes 9:00 am start time
9:00 – 9:15 am | Good morning – quick check in
9:15 – 11:30 am | Group Discussion Process close
11:30 am – 12:00 pm | Closing Circle & Final Goodbyes-
12:00 pm Lunch for those who are able before departure.
